Dynamic PII Masking for Data Retrieval

Dynamic PII Masking for Data Retrieval enables sensitive customer data to be automatically masked in Data Cloud UI and API responses.

This feature allows admins to define which fields are considered Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within the platform and configure dynamic masking for those fields. Masking is applied instantly when data is accessed, including for data shared externally, ensuring strong protection of personal information and supporting compliance with security requirements.

Enable/Disable Segments

Users can now enable or disable segments directly within the Data Cloud platform. This feature allows for greater control over which segments are active, helping users manage processing loads and avoid unnecessary runs. Disabled segments are skipped during processing, improving system efficiency and reducing resource usage. The segment list clearly displays the current status of each segment, making management straightforward and transparent.

Segments can be managed either individually or in bulk. You can update segment descriptions and enable or disable segments for one or multiple segments at a time. Bulk operations also allow selection or deletion of multiple segments in a single action, streamlining workflows and reducing manual effort. Error handling clearly communicates any update or deletion failures, while successful changes are applied immediately, ensuring efficient and reliable management of large data sets.

GDPR/CCPA - Right to Delete

The Data Cloud platform now supports GDPR and CCPA "Right to Delete" compliance by enabling permanent deletion of user profiles and all associated data. Administrators can delete individual or multiple customer profiles to fulfill deletion requests. This ensures all associated transactional data and audit logs are permanently removed, with robust auditing and logging for every deletion event, maintaining regulatory compliance while reducing manual operational effort.

Profile Page Enrichment with Rich Customer data

The profile page now displays a richer set of customer data, organized into intuitive categories such as contact information, business details, demographics, and transactional data.

Administrators can configure which attributes are visible, ensuring only relevant information is shown to end-users. This enhancement improves data organization, streamlines navigation, and provides a more comprehensive customer view for better decision-making and customer engagement.

The Bulk Attribute Creation API enables users to programmatically create multiple data model attributes across entities in a single request. This feature streamlines the deployment of new attributes for large-scale or multi-tenant environments, reducing manual setup and ensuring consistency across all business units. By supporting bulk operations, it accelerates onboarding and configuration, saving time and minimizing errors during data model updates.

The Five9 Voice Interactions integration enables seamless ingestion of voice interaction history from the Five9 VCC platform into Data Cloud. This feature allows organizations to tag and segment customer profiles based on voice interactions, supporting both inbound and outbound calls. With robust data validation, error handling, and configurable retention, users gain immediate access to accurate interaction data for customer journey analysis.

Real Time Profile Sync with Third-party Systems

The new real-time profile sync feature enables seamless synchronization of customer profile attributes updated by an agent via Acqueon Workspace with third-party systems. By leveraging Amazon EventBridge integration, only the changed profile data is securely and reliably pushed to external platforms, ensuring that all systems have the latest customer information. This automation reduces manual updates, improves data accuracy, and allows organizations to maintain up-to-date records across their ecosystem. The configurable sync interval and robust audit logging provide flexibility and transparency for administrators.

Global Settings

The Global Settings page centralizes key Data Cloud configurations, allowing administrators to manage default values including time zone, country code, application title, logo, and favicon from a single location. These settings establish environment-wide standards, reduce repetitive module-level configuration, and improve data accuracy.

The configured settings serve as authoritative defaults for data ingestion, segmentation, scheduled jobs, and Data API responses, eliminating configuration gaps and reducing the risk of inconsistent data processing across Data Cloud.
