Configuring Acqueon Campaigns

Follow the steps to configure Acqueon Campaigns for your Acqueon Workspace instance.

On successful login into the Workspace Admin app, the Channel page opens by default. To access the AE configuration page: navigate to the Menu dropdown list on the webpage’s title bar. This is shown as AE by default.

1. On this page, you must complete the following shown on the left menu pane:

   1. Channel

   2. LCM Key Mapping

   3. Field Mapping

   4. Workflow

   5. AE Configuration

   6. Channel Configuration

   7. Tabs

   8. Widget Configuration, including Common Widget Settings

Note:
Channel and Channel Configuration are available only if you are logged in with the role of a system Administrator.
