Accessing Acqueon Campaigns Admin

The adapter for Acqueon Campaigns relies on the configuration parameters to interact with CTI, to receive events, and to communicate with the Channel in Pub/Sub. This also includes configuration on the monitored events, what call variable or CTI object to search, and to fetch the LCM Key.

The Campaigns Administration page is the dedicated location for administrators to perform various actions, including configuring Campaign Manager and managing system settings. You must access the Campaign Manager admin application via Workspace Admin. Campaign Manager Admin includes the following:

• Channel

• Channel Configuration

• LCM Key Mapping

• Rules

• Campaign Manager Configuration

Workspace Admin

You can access the Workspace admin application via a browser. Use the URL to access the login page. Log in with Administrator privileges.

Acqueon Campaigns Admin

You can access the Campaign Manager via the Workspace admin application.

1. Click the Menu button and navigate to App Configuration.

   

2. In the App dropdown list, select AE. You can access features based on your admin privileges.

3. If you have logged in with admin privileges, you can access the following:

   1. LCM Key Mapping

   2. Field Mapping

   3. Workflow

   4. AE Configuration

   5. Tabs

4. If you have logged in with system admin privileges, you can access the following:

   1. Channel

   2. LCM Key Mapping

   3. Field Mapping
