        Campaign Manager's JavaScript API supports the integration of your application with Campaign Manager. Campaign Manager integrates with multiple softphones / ACDs and provides information about the call depending on the LCMKey that is passed from the ACD core.

        Note

        Campaign Manager functionality is enabled only when outbound is enabled in softphone.
