        Uploading Acqueon Server Certificate

        Save the certificate that the Acqueon Cloud Ops team has provided (.pem file) in your local drive.

        To upload the Acqueon Certificate in Finesse, follow these steps:

        1. Log into Cisco CM Platform.

          The URL looks like this - https://fin126.acqueonlab.com:8443/cmplatform

          Replace fin126.acqueonlab.com with your domain name.

        2. Click the Security dropdown list and then select Certificate Management.

        3. Click Upload Certificate/Certificate chain.

        4. From the Certificate Purpose dropdown list, select tomcat-trust.

        5. Click Choose File and then upload the certificate file saved in your system.

        6. Click Upload.

        You have uploaded the certificate. Now restart the Finesse server.
