Active Campaign

The Active Campaign Widget displays the Mode and other information related to the current/active call. The widget also allows an Agent to change the contact number for the current contact at the customer’s request and view the available contact modes associated with the contact.
The following details related to the current/active call are displayed.

Contact ID | Customer contact ID |
Mode Name | Mode on which the current call is dialed |
Contact Number | Customer contact number |
Time Zone | Customer time zone |
Campaign Category Name | Category name of the active campaign |
View Other Modes | Displays other contact modes related to the current contact |
Note:
The View Other Modes option is available for the agent’s view only if an Administrator has configured viewing by the agent.
When the View Other Modes button is enabled, only the Contact Number fields in the additional modes are editable.
To change the contact number for the current contact:
Click the Edit button and select a mode from the dropdown list.
To view the other contact modes related to the current contact:
Click View Other Modes.
Note:
Click the Hide Other Modes option to minimize the available additional modes.
Only the current mode is displayed in the top section of the widget, while all other modes are displayed in the section below.

To change the information for the other modes:
Click the Edit icon against the required contact mode.
Change the contact number. A confirmation message, “Number Changed successfully, “ appears in the widget.
To delete other modes, retaining only the selected mode, do the following:
Click the Clear Modes Data checkbox.
Provide the Contact Number.
Click Submit.
