Active Campaign

The Active Campaign Widget contains the Mode and other information related to the current/active call. The widget also allows an Agent to change the contact number for the current contact at customer request.
The following details related to the current/active call are displayed:
Item | Description |

Campaign | The campaign that the current call belongs to. |
Contact ID | The customer contact ID. |
Mode Name | The mode on which the current call is dialed. |
Contact Number | The customer contact number. |
Time Zone | The customer time zone. |
Campaign Category Name | Category name of the active campaign. |
To change the contact number for the current contact:
Click the Edit button and select a mode from the dropdown list.
To delete other modes retaining only the selected mode:
Click the Delete other modes checkbox.
Provide the Contact Number. Click Submit.
On successful execution, the confirmation message “Number Changed successfully“ appears in the widget.
