    Article summary

    The Active Campaign Widget contains the Mode and other information related to the current/active call. The widget also allows an Agent to change the contact number for the current contact at customer request.

    The following details related to the current/active call are displayed:

    Campaign

    The campaign that the current call belongs to.

    Contact ID

    The customer contact ID.

    Mode Name

    The mode on which the current call is dialed.

    Contact Number

    The customer contact number.

    Time Zone

    The customer time zone.

    Campaign Category Name

    Category name of the active campaign.

    To change the contact number for the current contact:

    • Click the Edit button and select a mode from the dropdown list.

    To delete other modes retaining only the selected mode:

    1. Click the Delete other modes checkbox.

    2. Provide the Contact Number. Click Submit.

      On successful execution, the confirmation message “Number Changed successfully“ appears in the widget.
