        The Active Campaign configuration allows you, as an Administrator, to enable additional contact modes in the Active Campaign widget for the agent’s view.

        To access the General Settings page after logging into the admin app, follow these steps:

        1. In the top-right dropdown menu, select Configurator.

        2. In the left navigation menu, click Widget Configuration, then click Active Campaign.

        3. Select the Display Other Contact Modes checkbox.
