        Alerts function as notifications for both Campaign-related and system-level events. System-level alerts are generated through the continuous monitoring of various application components. These alerts are crucial for effective troubleshooting and maintenance of the application.

        • Console Display: Component-level exception alerts are displayed on the Application for immediate visibility.

        • Email Notifications: The application sends email notifications to pre-configured recipients, ensuring that relevant personnel are promptly informed of any issues.

        Alert Mechanism

        Using the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), exceptions are logged and sent to a configured Receiver IP address or Port. This allows for centralized tracking and management of alerts.
