        Integration models

        Campaign Manager for Amazon Connect supports two integration modes. These options offer flexibility for different business needs and help improve agent productivity.

        • Tethered integration: Campaign Manager directly controls call handling and agent states in Amazon Connect. This setup provides a tightly connected experience.

        • Non-tethered integration (Amazon Connect HVOC): Campaign Manager uses APIs and events to interact with Amazon Connect. This setup allows more customization and works independently from Amazon Connect.
