If you are creating a profile to upload Area or Zip Codes, this section helps you achieve it.
Import File
Select the Upload Type and the Import Mode from the dropdown list.
Select the File type from Text/CSV or Custom.
If the file type is a Text/CSV, select a Delimiter. Use any one of the following delimiters in your upload file: comma (,), dash (-), dollar ($), percent (%), pipe (|), circumflex or caret (^), ampersand (&), asterisk (*), and tab.
Click Choose File to Import and select a file.
Note
If the application is in a localized language other than English, save the contact file placed for upload in UTF-8 encoding.
Field Mapping
Select the Priority for the contact.
Select the field value form the Zip Code / Area Code dropdown list.
Select an ZoneName from the dropdown list. Map the time zone for the contacts to perform dialing based on the customer time zone.
Select the State from the dropdown list.
Click Save Profile.
