    Description

    Campaign

    Name of the campaign.

    Campaign Group

    Campaign group to which the campaign is mapped.

    Call Status

    The call status of the current call.

    Connected Agent

    The agent handling the call.

    Call Type

    The call type for the current call such as voice or voice drop.

    Dialer Reference ID

    The Call ID for this call, auto-generated by the dialer.

    LCMKey

    It is a unique ID to identify a call attempt for a contact.

    Contact Number

    The contact number for the current call.

    Dialed Time

    The time the current call was initiated. Connected Time The time the customer answered the call.

    Disconnected Time

    The time the current call was disconnected.

    Talk Duration

    The total Talk Time for the current call. This column is filled only for completed calls.
