This table displays the live call stats. Calls disappear on 20 seconds after completion with the latest call displayed at the top.
Field | Description |

Campaign | Name of the campaign. |
Campaign Group | Campaign group to which the campaign is mapped. |
Call Status | The call status of the current call. |
Connected Agent | The agent handling the call. |
Call Type | The call type for the current call such as voice or voice drop. |
Dialer Reference ID | The Call ID for this call, auto-generated by the dialer. |
LCMKey | It is a unique ID to identify a call attempt for a contact. |
Contact Number | The contact number for the current call. |
Dialed Time | The time the current call was initiated. Connected Time The time the customer answered the call. |
Disconnected Time | The time the current call was disconnected. |
Talk Duration | The total Talk Time for the current call. This column is filled only for completed calls. |
