Call Variables

To add a new call variable, follow these steps:
Click the Display Variables tab and then click +Add.
The Add New Call Variable page is displayed.
Enter the following information:

The fields marked with red asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill.
Name - Enter the name of the Call Variable.
Type - Describes the type of variable. Select one of these from dropdown:
DN - Dialed Number- Used for Inbound calls.
Campaign- Used for outbound calls.
Code/Value - If you select Campaign in Call Direction, the Value should be the name of the Campaign created on the Five9 admin application. This is used for workflow mapping in Salesforce configuration.
Click +Add Variable. The Call Variable value is added to the list.
Click Save.
To remove the call variable from the list, click Delete.
