Reports

Go to the Report tab to view the reports. You can choose to view the reports in either chart or table format by selecting your preferred view from the Show As dropdown list. To export the report, click Export.

Click Expand Search to view the reports in greater detail. To use search:

1. Select the From Date and To Date to define the date range for the reports.

2. Select the Campaign Group from the dropdown list.

3. Select the Campaign from the dropdown list.

4. Select an option from the From dropdown list.

5. Enter the Contact No to filter the data by this parameter.

6. Click Search. The data is displayed based on the selected filters and search criteria.

The following reports are available:

• Campaign Level: Populates the number of messages sent and received for the selected campaign. Besides, this report also populates the number of messages sent and received by SMS content.

• Average Completion Time: Gives the average time taken to complete the session for call contacts as also the contact session details.

• Average Response Time: This section displays the average response time across contacts.

  • Select the From Date and To Date to define the desired date range.

  • Select the Campaign Group from the dropdown list.

  • Select the Campaign after selecting the campaign group. The mapped campaigns will be displayed.

  • Select the Form from the dropdown list.

  • Enter the Contact Number. This is an optional field.

  • Click Search to view the average response time across contacts per question, measured in minutes.

• Call Guide: Displays the campaign name and number of contacts.
