Campaign Manager Integration

Perform the following steps to integrate Campaign Manager with  Genesys PureCloud:

1. Login to the Genesys PureCloud Platform.

   

2. Click Admin and go to Integration.

3. Click +Integration and search application using the search option.

   

4. Click Install to integrate the application.

   

5. Click START on the setup window and enter the following information:

   

   1. Enter Acqueon AWS Account ID. AWS account ID is a unique identifier that is assigned to an AWS account. It is provided by Campaign Manager.

   2. Enter AWS Region. This is the name of the region that hosts Campaign Manager instance.

   3. Enter Acqueon Suffix. Suffix is provided by the application.

   4. Enter Workspace URL.

      Note:

      Campaign Manager provides AWS Account ID, AWS Region, Acqueon Suffix, and Workspace URL.

6. Click NEXT.

   

7. Click INSTALL.

8. When installation is completed, application displays the details. Make sure to make a note of this information and share with Campaign Manager.

9. Click CLOSE to complete the installation.

   

10. Share the following details with Campaign Manager:

    1. Role

    2. Groups

    3. Premium App Instances

    4. OAuth Clients (Client Credentials Grant)
