        Article summary

        The Change Number tab allows you to change the contact number for the current contact at customer request. To change number, follow the steps below:

        1. Click the Campaign Modes dropdown list showing the available modes in the campaign.

          • Vertical Layout

          • Horizontal Layout

        2. Select the Mode and enter the number requested by the customer in the Number field.

        3. If all other modes that are holding this number must be deleted, select the Delete other mode checkbox.

        4. Click Submit to complete.
