Channel Configuration

This section helps you configure channels. To do so:
Click the Channel Configuration tab.
Select Application and click the Edit button.
Complete the fields as below - those marked with as asterisk* are mandatory fields.
Enter a Name for the application.
Add a Description for the application.
In the Settings section, click +Add Main to complete configuration parameters.

isReadyMakeCall | Should be true only when customer uses UCCE 11.6 or higher. This helps the Agent to Make Call in the Ready state. |
isMultipleWrapUp | Should be true only when customer uses UCCX 12.5. |
isSSOAutoLogin | Set true to save extensions for SSO users. |

isMobileAgent | Set true only if customer uses UCCE. |
Mode - Add the following parameters after clicking the +Add Sub button. | |
CALL_BY_CALL | This setting is for agents using non-tethered Connection. |
NAILED_CONNECTION | This setting is for agents using tethered connection. |
Click Save.
To delete any sub configuration, click the corresponding Delete icon.
Click Preview to view the configured parameters in the preview mode.
Ensure you restart the Cisco Admin service every time you make changes.
