      Clearing Calls

        Article summary

        This functionality immediately clears the calls and changes your state to Available to attend other calls.

        For example, if you do not answer a call or if you decline one, your state is changed to Missed Call Agent. To receive further calls or to change the state to Available, click Clear Call.
