Configurations

This configuration applies only to SDK integration layouts. Follow these steps listed below.

1. Log in to the Workspace Admin using Administrator privileges and navigate to the Genesys Admin application.

2. Navigate to the Configuration tab.

   

3. Complete the following information.

   Field	Description
   Genesys Client ID	The unique ID of the Genesys client.
   Redirect URL	The Core component URL.
   Language Key	gc_language - this is a language configured on the Genesys application.
   Access Token	This is not applicable - a back-up field.
   Environment	The Genesys PureCloud environment. For example, usw2.pure.cloud.

4. Click Save.
