        Using Acqueon Workspace Admin for Five9, you can configure the Core with Five9 Connect. It includes configuration for both inbound calls and outbound calls.

        This configuration applies only to SDK integration layouts.

        1. Log in to Workspace Admin using Administrator privileges.

        2. Navigate to the Five9 tab and add the Five9 SDK URL (Five9 SDK URL is the Unique ID of the Five9 client).

        3. Click Save.

        The next step is to create a gadget for Five9 to make it a configurable Widget on the layout.
