        In this section, configure only the Five9 Connection Settings. This integration applies only to SDK integration layouts.

        Click Connection in the left navigation menu to open the Five9 Connection Settings page.

        Enter the Five9 SDK URL. For example, https://app.five9.com/dev/sdk/crm/latest/five9.crm.sdk.js - this is a unique ID for the Five9 client.
