        Perform the following steps to configure Agent Clients for Finesse:

        1. Login to Cisco CCE Administration.

        2. Click on the Desktop Layout tab.

        3. Add the following gadget URL in the Finesse Layout XML.

          <gadget>http://IPAddress/LCMAgentClient/Screenpop/Screenpop.xml</gadget>

          where IP Address is the application host address.

        4. Save the Configuration file. All the widgets configured for the agent are loaded to the Workspace from the Campaign Manager server.

        5. Configure the widgets interface at the Team Resources level if agents are assigned to multiple teams.
