        Acqueon Workspace works as a headless component (in the background) that takes care of the communication to various components like Amazon Connect, Acqueon Campaigns, and Salesforce. To configure the headless component in Salesforce, perform the following steps.

        1. Log in to Salesforce as a System Administrator.

        2. Select the app AD Admin from the App Launcher.

        3. The AD Admin screen opens.

        4. Complete the following:

          1. Enter a label in AD Desktop Name field.

          2. Enter the URL in AD Desktop URL field. This is the layout URL of the AD softphone from the AD Configurator that works as a headless component.

          3. Deselect the Show in Utility bar checkbox to hide Acqueon Workspace in the Utility bar. If selected, the AD softphone is visible in the Utility bar only for users with administrator rights and can be used for troubleshooting purposes.
