        To configure outbound settings, perform the following steps:

        1. Go to the Outbound Settings tab.

        2. Disable the Reschedule Time Zone Skipped Contacts option and leave other options as it is.

        3. Go to Automatic Time Zone Mapping Settings.

        4. Enter the earliest callable time and latest callable time for callable windows for unmapped contact. Ensure that the earliest callable time and latest callable time configured for callable window for unmapped contact is same as time defined for callable window mapped contacts.
