    You must make the configurations on the Twilio Flex to ensure that the Campaign Manager makes Outbound calls in the preview mode. Perform the following steps:

    1. Go to Twilio Console and create a Custom Channel under Task Router > Workspace > Task Channels. The created channels are displayed.

      Note:

      Do not use blank space while entering a Channel Name on the Twilio Flex.

    2. Go to Task Router > Workspace > Activities to create an activity. For the created Activity, select the Availability as False.

    3. In the left pane, go to Flex > Manage > Voice.

    4. Configure the Enable Dialpad as Enabled.

    5. Enter the desired Caller ID.

    6. From the Task Queue section, select any queue from the dropdown.

    7. From the Taskrouter Workflow, select any value from the dropdown.

    8. Select the Country.

    9. Click Save to complete.

    10. Go to AE Console > Group and click Sync. This ensures Preview Outbound calls are dialed out as desired.
