      Configure Preview Widget

        This section helps you configure the Preview Widget - this is the widget that an Agent uses to accept / reject / close Direct Preview contacts.

        1. Search for App Manager in the Quick Find box.

        2. Search for the App Service Console or Sales Console. Click on the dropdown arrow beside it to edit.

        3. Click the Edit button.

        4. Click the Add Utility Item button.

        5. Search for the custom component utilityWidgetComponent.

        6. Enter Preview in the Label field.

        7. Select an icon of your choice.

        8. Select the Start automatically checkbox.

        9. Click Save.

        10. The Preview widget URL to be loaded inside this container has been covered in the Workspace admin section.

        11. The Preview widget must always be configured as the third option in the utility bar. The auto popup of the preview widget for Direct Preview calls is set to Index 3 and hence this configuration is mandatory for the Preview widget to auto popup during a call.

        12. The configured Preview widget is shown.
