    Users must configure the queues and map them with outbound campaigns on Genesys PureCloud Platform.

    Perform the following steps:

    1. Go to the Routing tab and select Preferred Agent Routing for Routing Method.

    2. Activate the Route to preferred agents with score greater than or equal to option by entering 100 in the score field.

    3. Disable the Route to all preferred agents for option. Leave the other fields as it is.

    4. Go to Callback and enable the Allow Agents to Take Ownership option. Leave the other fields as it is.
