Issue
Unable to connect to the CRM platform from Data Cloud.
Cause
The authentication credentials (such as client ID, client secret, or tokens) provided during the connection setup may have expired or been revoked. Also, if this is the cause of the issue, the specific connection from which you try to log in would not be in a Healthy state.
Troubleshooting
Follow these steps and reauthenticate the CRM connection:
Click Edit on the connection name.
Click Login.
Enter your CRM login credentials and click Log In.
Once the re-login is successful, the connection appears in a Healthy state. This indicates that you can now connect to the CRM from Data Cloud to get started with the ingestion process.
