    Troubleshooting

    Follow these steps and reauthenticate the CRM connection:

    1. Click Edit on the connection name.

    2. Click Login.

    3. Enter your CRM login credentials and click Log In.

    Once the re-login is successful, the connection appears in a Healthy state. This indicates that you can now connect to the CRM from Data Cloud to get started with the ingestion process.
