The core component processes the call results for each contact which is delivered to the dialer. Also, it calculates the next Mode and next delivery time based on the pre-set configurations such as call strategies, moving window, and so on.
The following event codes are available:
Event Code - 3.200010

Event Description | Application fails to initialize with configuration value |
Severity | Medium |
Cause | Config property is missing in the file. |
Action | Add the missing entries must be added or correct the invalid configuration keys and their values. |
Event Code - 3.200020
Event Code | 3.200020 |
Event Description | Application fails due toan invalid dialer type |
Severity | High |
Cause | Valid dialer name is not configured in the OBD_ChannelType table. An example of a valid dialer type is UCCE. |
Action | You must do the following: Configure the valid dialer name must be configured in the OBD_ChannelType table. Match the dialer name with the OBD_ChannelType return values. |

Event Description | An error occurred while loading the dialer library |
Severity | High |
Cause | Dialer dll is missing in the dialer folder. An example of a dialer dll is UCCE.dll. |
Action | Load the missing dialer dll in the dialer folder. |

Event Description | Application fails to download the result from the dialer |

Cause | The possible causes are:

Cause | Chaining folder does not have the required permission. |
Action | Provide read/write access to the chaining folder. |

Event Description | Application fails to load Post-call Script |
Severity | High |
Cause | The possible causes are: The post-call script dll is missing in the scripts folder. If post-call script was not loaded and enabled from the customer place, the business logic added in the post-call script fails. |
Action | Add the post-call script in the script folder. |
