CPaaS Provider Configuration

Campaign Manager supports running Interactive Voice Response (IVR) campaigns without agents using external Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) providers. Users can configure the access credentials of the selected CPaaS service provider to integrate and manage these Agent-less campaigns effectively.
Configure Twilio Flex
To configure a new CPaaS provide as Twilio Flex:
Click Add CPaaS.
Enter a Provide Name and select a Provider Vendor from dropdown as Twilio Flex.
Enter the Application Name. This is the Twilio Flex application name that the application uses to make calls.
Enter a Application Secret Key provided by the CPaaS provider to access the CPaaS API. Private key is generated when user creates an application on Twilio Flex.
Enter an Application Token for authenticating a user.
Click Save.
Note:
This configured URL is populated in the IVR Template Editor for your IVR campaigns.
Configure Nexmo
To configure a new CPaas Provide as Nexmo:
Click Add CPaaS.
Enter a Provide Name and select a Provider Vendor from dropdown as Nexmo.
Enter the Application ID.
Click PrivateKey and select a private key.
Enter the API Key to access the Nexmo API.
Enter a Secret Key provided to access the Nexmo API. Private key is generated when you create an application on Nexmo.
Select a Nexmo number to set as Outbound Caller ID for outbound calls from voice campaigns.
Click Get Nexmo Numbers. User can use these numbers to set as Caller ID for voice campaigns.
Click Save.

This configured URL is populated in the IVR Template Editor for your IVR campaigns.
Fields
Fields | Description |

Name | The name of the CPaaS service provider configured to handle IVR campaigns in the application. |
Platform Vendor | The vendor of the CPaaS service provider. |
Application | The name of the CPaaS provider that Campaign Manager uses to handle IVR campaigns. |
Action | Options to edit and delete a CPaaS configuration. |
Application Name | The Twilio Flex application name used to make calls. To generate an Application Name, log in to your Twilio Flex account and create an application. Upon successful creation, the Application Name will be available. |
Application Secret Key | The secret key provided by the CPaaS provider to access the CPaaS API. A private key is generated when you create an application on Twilio Flex. Download the Private Key and store it on the local server. This private key is used for authorizing Twilio Flex calls. |
Application Token | The application token for authenticating the user. You can generate a token for a specific application name and secret key combination from the Twilio Flex application. Enter this token key here. |
Application ID | The Nexmo application ID used to make calls. To generate an Application ID, log in to your Nexmo account and create an application. Upon successful creation, the Application ID will be available. |
Private Key | Allows selection of the private key of the application. |
API key | The API Key to access the API. |
Secret Key | The key provided to access the API. A private key is generated when the user creates an application. Download the Private Key and store it on the local server. This private key is used for authorizing calls. |
Get Nexmo Numbers | Allows the use of numbers to set as Caller ID for voice campaigns. |
Outbound Caller ID | The number set as the outbound caller ID for outbound calls from voice campaigns. |
