    This section helps you create Custom Fields in voice call objects in Salesforce.

    1. Log in to Salesforce org.

    2. Navigate to Setup.

    3. Enter Object Manager in the Quick Find box and navigate to the Object Manager screen.

    4. Search for the Voice Call object and click on it.

    5. Click the Fields & Relationships option in the left pane.

    6. To create a new custom field, click the New button.

    7. Select the Data type based on the values you would like to pass to the Salesforce field. Click Next.

    8. Add the name of the field in the Field label and mention the length in the Length field. The Field Name populates automatically and is used to reference this field via APIs. Click Next.

    9. Make sure you have selected the Voice call layout checkbox. This adds the field to VoiceCall object layout. Click Save.

    10. You can now see the new field in the VoiceCall record page. Create as many fields needed to map different data from Acqueon Workspace.
