      Creating a Layout

        After configuring the Finesse settings, you must create a layout in Acqueon Workspace admin to integrate with the Cisco Finesse Desktop.  To do so:

        1. Click Configurator from the dropdown menu.

        The Layouts page is displayed. Currently, the page is blank as no layouts are configured yet.

        1. Click the  icon.

          The Add New Layout pop-up is displayed with multiple tabs. By default, the Layout Settings tab on the screen is displayed.

          For details on each tab and its fields, refer to the Acqueon Workspace Configurator Guide.

        2. Provide an appropriate name and description for the layout in the respective fields.

          Important:

          The layout name cannot contain spaces.

        3. Select the Finesse Core and AE Core checkboxes under Core URLs.

          Important:

          Both checkboxes must be enabled for this integration to work.

        4. Click Save.

          A success message confirming that the layout has been added successfully is displayed. Next, you must acquire the XML URL to configure the Workspace layout in Cisco Finesse.
