Customer Journey

Interaction data can originate from either Acqueon Campaigns or Data Cloud. The Customer Journey configuration allows administrators to choose the source of interaction data. Administrators can select the appropriate data source. Based on this selection, the Customer Journey widget displays interaction data only from the selected source.

To access the General Settings page, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Workspace admin application using your credentials.

2. From the top-right dropdown menu, select Configurator.

3. In the left navigation menu, click Widget Configuration, and then click Customer Journey.

Configure Interaction History Source

The Customer Journey Configuration screen allows you to select the Interaction history source for the Customer Journey widget. The following options are available:

1. Acqueon Campaigns - Select this option to fetch Customer Journey data from Acqueon Campaigns.

   Note:

   • This option is selected by default.

   • Verify that the campaign configuration is complete on the Campaigns Configuration page.

2. Acqueon Data Cloud - Select this option to fetch Customer Journey data from Acqueon Data Cloud.

   Note:

   • The Workspace layout must include the Customer Profile widget when interaction data is sourced from the Acqueon Data Cloud (ADC). The widget uses the profile identifier from the Customer Profile widget to retrieve interaction data from ADC.

   • Verify that the Data Cloud configuration is complete on the General Settings page.

3. Click Save.
