From Campaign Manager

Campaign Manager must provide the following details.

1. Campaign Manager URL

2. Webservice URL

3. API Credentials comprising API Key and API Secret Key

4. Customer-specific text file containing all the details, including steps to configure VPN tunneling.

From Customer

Customer must provide the following details:

1. POM Service URL

2. Credentials for the above POM Service – API Username and Password

3. Kafka details for the following:

   1. Bootstrap Server(s)

   2. CA Root Certificate as a PEM file

   3. SSL Certificate as a PEM file

   4. SSL Key file

   5. Kafka topics for Heartbeat, Job, Agent, Attempt, Enriched Attempt, Job Statistics, Agent Statistics, and Import Statistics

4. Local file path where the contact files are placed. Provide only if it varies from the default. We use the default path as given below: /opt/Avaya/avpom/POManager/public/default/contactlistimport/
