        • Email: Configure email servers to send and receive messages, integrate with external providers such as SMTP or SendGrid, and support transactional or campaign-based email communication.

        • SMS: Set up SMS servers to handle both outgoing and incoming text messages, supporting high-volume campaigns and two-way messaging workflows.

        • External Server: Integrate with third-party servers or platforms via APIs to enhance functionality and enable secure data exchange with external systems.

        • Chatbot Credentials: Configure credentials for AI-powered chatbots, such as Amazon Lex or Microsoft Bot, to support conversational interfaces for 2-way SMS or other channels.

        • SMS Short Code: Define and manage short codes for high-volume messaging, including configurations for sending, receiving, and processing SMS interactions.

        Note

        The Digital functionality currently works only for SMS and Email.
