      Agent Workstation Guidelines

        Some prerequisites and guidelines are listed in this section - follow these for your Agent Workstation.

        Prerequisites

        • Network of minimum of 100 Kbps bandwidth per connected workstation.

        • 2 GB RAM minimum.

        • 2 GHz processor (CPU) minimum.

        • Latest versions of browsers - Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

        • The Acqueon AWS Cognito URL must be allowlisted on the agent’s system to enable access to Workspace.

        Guidelines

        • Allow the application to use the microphone and the speaker.

        • Avoid opening Acqueon Workspace in multiple browser tabs - doing this causes the agent’s status to go out of sync.

        • Do not disable pop-ups and redirects.

        • Do not block third-party cookies.

        • Ensure you enable cookies in the browser.

        Acqueon Workspace does not support mobile browsers.
