Event Codes

During the runtime of the application, various events can occur, including potential errors. To manage and identify these occurrences efficiently, each event and error has been assigned a unique code. These event codes are categorized and presented for the following components:

• Contacts Uploader: This component handles the uploading of contact information. It has specific event codes to track its operations and any issues that may arise during the process.

• Feed Engine: This component is responsible for processing and managing data feeds. Unique event codes are used to monitor its functionality and identify any errors or significant events.

• Contact Re-scheduler: This component manages the Rescheduling of contacts. It also uses distinct event codes to document its activities and capture any errors that occur during its operation.
