Finesse Admin Configurations

Configure settings in the Cisco Finesse admin application to host Acqueon Workspace widgets.
Now that the Workspace layout is created, the next step is to embed that layout in Cisco Finesse Admin. To do so:
Access and log into the Finesse Admin application URL with the credentials.
The home page is displayed.
Click Team Resources on the left side of the navigation pane.
The Manage Team Resources screen is displayed with the list of available teams.
Select the required team from the list of available teams.
Note:
If you have test agent credentials, select the team where that agent is configured. This ensures easier validation of the post-installation configurations.
Scroll down to view the details for the selected team. By default, the Desktop Layout tab is selected.
Click Expand All to view the entire XML information.
Important:
Copy the existing Desktop Layout configuration and save it as a backup in a text file.
Determine where the Workspace layout should appear and add a new tab as required. For example, if it should follow the My History tab, locate My History in the XML layout and add a new tab after it.
Provide the following information against the respective XML fields:
id – Enter a unique identifier for the tab (this serves as the tab name displayed to agents).
label – Enter the name of the Workspace layout that was created.
gadget – Copy and paste the XML URL that you saved in step 4.
Click Save. The layout changes are successful unless specific errors are displayed.
You have now successfully completed the settings in Finesse admin to host the Workspace widgets.
