Integrating Workspace with Five9 offers a seamless integration that enhances Agent performance. For the business, this integration offers Workspace widgets within the Five9 softphone. This helps avoid agents flipping from the Five9 Contact Center environment to their Workspace widgets multiple times during a call. Agents get to access everything - softphone and widgets - in a single layout.
This page helps you configure your Workspace instance to integrate with Five9 to route calls dialed from the Five9 dialer to the agents logged in to Workspace.
You must configure the following:
Configuration - You configure the Five9 Connections settings on this page. You configure the Workspace Core with Five9 Connect for this integration.
Note:
This applies only to SDK integration layouts.
Display Variables - Configure call variable parameters such as campaign name, whether it is an Extended Call Variable, key variable, display name, and more. You can also configure how a call variable should be displayed on the softphone.
