Floating Toolbar

The floating toolbar is a thin title bar that appears in your softphone, on both vertical and horizontal layouts. The tool bar is positioned for:

• Vertical softphone - At the bottom.

• Horizontal softphone - At the right.

For a floating toolbar to be visible in the softphone layout, configure it here. You can add a maximum of four components in a toolbar.

Click Floating Toolbar in the left navigation menu. The Horizontal and Vertical toolbars, available by default, are displayed on separate tiles -

Complete the following fields to add a new toolbar item:

1. Click Edit on any toolbar tile.

2. Click +Add toolbar items to add a new floating toolbar.

3. Title - Type a title for the toolbar.

4. URL - Provide a URL of the component of the toolbar. This URL is available in the Widgets that you configured as part of Configurator.

Note:

You can configure only softphone widgets to show on the toolbar.

5. Icon - Select an icon to display on the toolbar. The icon is displayed at the bottom of a vertical softphone or at the right of the horizontal softphone.

6. Tooltip - Type a tooltip that the agent should see on mouse hover.

7. Width - Type a width for the toolbar that is displayed. The default width is optimally set via the installer. If you want to change this, select the size in pixels or percentage.

8. Height - Type a height for the toolbar that is displayed. The default height is optimally set via the installer. If you want to change this, select the size in pixels or percentage.

Click Save to complete.
