Configure the Genesys PureCloud dialers for Campaign Manager application to access the Genesys PureCloud API.
Create a Dialer Configuration
Go to Dialer configuration and click +.
Enter the Name and Description of a Dialer.
Enter the Client ID and ClientSecret provided by Genesys PureCloud.
Enter the Environment provided by Genesys PureCloud.
Click GET DIVISION to enter defined location.
Click SAVE and SYNC.
Based on the selected Division, Campaign Manager downloads the campaigns created in Genesys PureCloud for the dialer.
Update Dialer Configuration
Select a created Dialer Configuration and click Edit under Actions tab.
Go to the Basic Configuration and update the required details.
Click SAVE or SAVE and SYNC.
Go to Dialer Campaigns. It displays the Dialer Campaigns with the mapped Queues and Campaign Manager Campaigns. Dialer Campaigns and Queues are configured in the Genesys PureCloud application.
Click the Queue and Campaign Manager Campaigns dropdowns to view the details.
Go to Queue. It displays the Queues and mapped Agents.
Enable or Disable a Dialer Configuration
Select a Dialer configuration and Switch On or Off under Enable. Campaign Manager supports multidialers.
Delete a Dialer Configuration. Select a dialer configuration and Delete under Action.
Click Ok on the confirmation pop-up.
