Import Voice Call Object

This section deals with importing Voice Call Objects into the Workspace Salesforce admin application.
Log in to the Workspace admin screen and navigate to Salesforce admin (not the Acqueon Workspace admin inside Salesforce).
Important
Be careful not to navigate to the Acqueon Workspace Admin within the Salesforce org application.
Click SF Configuration.
Click Save & Next and navigate to the 3–Objects screen.
Click Add Object. A pop-up window opens.
Select Custom from the SF Object dropdown list.
In the Name field, enter VoiceCall (without any space; V & C in capitals) to import the Voice call object.
Click the Add Object button.
You can edit the Label field to identify the Voice call object the way you want. This label is only for reference within the Acqueon Workspace admin application.
The next step is to import the fields in the Voice call object. Click Add field. A pop-up appears.
Select Custom from the SF Object dropdown list.
In the Name field, enter the Field name of the field that you created in the Salesforce object manager. Click Ok.
Note
If you enter an incorrect Field name, the application does not populate data in the custom fields created in the Voice Call object.
You can edit the Label field to identify the field name the way you want.
Repeat the steps to import all the required fields into Acqueon Workspace Admin.
Click Save & Next.
Click Save.
