This setup is where you define when a Salesforce page in the Salesforce Org must be invoked based on the Channel Object, Call Type, and Event. You can also invoke a visual force page that is created in Salesforce Org using the URL by adding the required parameters.
Follow these steps to add a new scenario:
Click + Add Scenario button.
Expand the newly created scenario to make the following changes:
Select the following fields in the When should the SF page be invoked section:
Channel Object - Select a Channel Object from the dropdown list.
Channel Call Type - Select a Channel Call Type from the dropdown list.
Channel Event - Select a Channel Event from the dropdown list.
Note:
The values that are displayed in the dropdown list for all the fields are configured in the Channel Section of the Acqueon Workspace Admin application.
Complete the following fields in the What visual force page to be invoked section:
URL - Enter the URL of the Visual Force page that needs to be invoked.
Example: https://<<yourDomain>>.my.salesforce.com/CustomerPageNote:
The Visual Force page will already be created in the Salesforce Org. Copy the URL from Salesforce to the Acqueon Workspace admin application.
The parameters will be dynamically added to the URL when created in the Invoke SF page.
Click +Add Parameter button. Complete the following fields in the Parameters to be passed section:

Based on the customer requirements, these parameters are added to customize the content or behavior of the Visual Force page based on the data being passed. For example, to open the customer details page for the contact number provided in the Visual Force page.
Name - Enter a Name for the parameter.
Value Type - Select a Value Type from the dropdown list.
Channel Object - Select a Channel Object from the dropdown list.
Channel Group - Select a Channel Group from the dropdown list containing channel types.
Channel Variable - Select a Channel Group from the dropdown list containing channel variables. The values displayed in the dropdown list vary based on the selection of the Channel Group.
Note:
The values that are displayed in the dropdown list for the Channel Object, Group, and Variable are configured in the Configure Channel Section of the Acqueon Workspace Admin application.
You can add multiple parameters based on the customer's requirements.
To delete any scenario, click the corresponding Delete icon.
Click SAVE & NEXT to navigate to the Look Up page. You can also click SUBMIT & CLOSE to save the changes and close the page.
To navigate the previous process page, click PREVIOUS.
