        The following endpoints must be added to the IP allowlist to allow secure communication between Acqueon and the customer's AWS platform.

        1. AWS API Gateway – Accepts API requests from Lambda functions and client browsers. Hosted in the customer’s AWS environment and sends requests to Acqueon.

        2. AWS Cognito – Accepts API requests from Lambda functions. Hosted in the customer’s AWS environment and sends requests to Acqueon.

        3. Network Load Balancer (NLB) – Accepts WebSocket requests from client browsers (typically agent desktops).

        4. WebSocket Ports – Must be whitelisted.
