    • Browser alert on page refresh works only when at least one user Interaction is on the web page before reloading.

    • During the ACW state, when the Agent selects the 'Available' state, the agent is still taken to the selected Next status.

    • During a manual Outbound Call, when the next status selected is ‘Available,’ the next Inbound Call in Queue is not delivered to the agent after dropping the call. This behavior is the same in Amazon CCP also.

    • Agent1 and Agent2 are in a consult call even after the customer is disconnected; the same behavior occurs in Amazon CCP.
