Layout Header Settings

As an administrator, you can configure multiple layouts and assign different layouts to agents on the same team. The Layout Header allows you to quickly know which agents use specific layouts. It also lets you customize layouts based on your requirements.

To configure your Layout Header, complete these fields.

Note

Only the Header Title and the Header Height are mandatory fields.

1. Logo1 - In this field, upload a logo that you want displayed on the Layout Header.

2. Logo Size - Type the logo size, in pixels.

3. Header Title - Type a title for the Layout header.

4. Header Height - Type the header height in pixels.

5. Header Background Color - Select a header background color.

6. Logo2 - In this field, upload a logo that you want displayed on the Layout Header.

7. Logo Size - Type the logo size, in pixels.

   Note

   You can only upload svg, gif, jpeg, or png file formats for your logos. Uploading logos is not mandatory.

8. Favicon - Select a file to upload as the favicon. This is the icon you want your agent to see on the web page tab. Your favicon file size should not exceed 50 kB.

9. Configure the following to complete the Layout Header Settings tab – these determine the font settings for the Layout Header:

   1. Font Size

   2. Font Family

   3. Font Weight

   4. Font Color

10. Click Save.

Next, navigate to the platform-specific settings (example: Amazon Settings).
