Log in to Acqueon Workspace through web browser. Type https://<IP address/Fully Qualified Domain Name>/Lynx, where <IP address> is the location on the network where Acqueon Workspace is installed.
Note:
Based on the SSO mode configurations in Cisco admin, your login page differs.
If you are a Non-SSO user, the following Login page is displayed.
Type username in the Username field. You can either enter User ID or Name of the user in the field.
Enter password in the Password field.
Enter extension of your phone in the Extension field.
Select Mobile Agent checkbox if you are taking calls using your mobile.
Select Call by Call or Nailed Connection from the Type dropdown list. For more details, refer the Mobile Agent Login section.
Click Log in. The default agent state is set to Not Ready.
Note:
The Login button is enabled as soon as you enter the username, password, and extension fields. If any field is incomplete, the Login button remains disabled.
If you are an SSO user, the following Login page is displayed.
Click Log in. The following page is displayed.
Enter your Mail ID and Password.
Click Sign in. The Agent Desktop is displayed with default state.
If the user is a hybrid user, both SSO and Non-SSO user can access the agent desktop. If the user is a hybrid–SSO user, the following login page is displayed:
Enter the email address and click Next. The application displays the following popup login page:
Enter the email address and the Password in the appropriate fields.
Click Sign in. The following Agent Desktop page is displayed:
Enter the Extension and click on Login.
Note:
If an Administrator has configured automatic login via SSO, the extension is automatically displayed in the Extension field.
Click Login.
If the user is a hybrid – Non-SSO user, the following login page is displayed:
Enter Non-SSO user ID. The following details are displayed in the page based on Non-SSO user login configurations.
Execute the same steps as mentioned in Non-SSO user login.
