    Logout functionality is available only when the Agent is not in an active call and the current state is set to Not Ready state as configured in Amazon Connect.

    Note:

    If an agent initiates logout when in the Not Ready state, Amazon Connect routes the subsequent calls to the agent unless the state is set to offline, or agent has a missed call alert.

    How to Logout

    To logout from the softphone, click the Menu button and click Logout.
