Users can logout from the Acqueon Workspace only when the current state is Not Ready. To logout using Vertical Layout:
Make sure Agent state is set to Not Ready. Click the User icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
The screen displays a dropdown list of Log out Reason Code. The following default logout reason codes are configured in Cisco:
Agent Logout
End Of Shift (EOS)
Logout
Select the appropriate logout reason code to log out. If Omni-Channel with external Routing is configured in Acqueon Workspace and if you log out from Voice Interaction, this logs you out from Omni-Channel (Email and Chat) interactions also.
