Logs

On the Destinations page, each Acqueon Campaigns Destination has a Logs button for quick access to its status. Clicking Logs displays details of each Segment campaign mapping in separate tabs. To view the logs of a specific segment mapping, click the segment name. This displays the logs of that specific mapping in the following format:

• Status: Indicates whether the scheduled task has started, is in progress, succeeded, or failed.

• Started: Shows the time when the scheduled task began.

• Duration: Displays the total time taken for the task to complete.

• Synced: Lists records successfully sent for reverse .

• Total Success Records: Cumulative number of successful records for all objects sent for reverse ETL.

• Total Failed Records: Cumulative number of failed records for all objects sent for reverse ETL.

• Status Message: Provides updates on the task's status at each stage of execution. The messages include:

  • Started - The task has been started.

  • In progress – Subtasks are running.

  • Success – The task was completed successfully.

  • Failed – Indicates failure, including the specific task. For example, "Failed at 'Get Last  Retrieved Data' task."

Notes:

• When you select a specific segment mapping, a red icon appears if a recently scheduled task has failed.

• Logs include details about both manual and scheduled activation types.

• The Logs page contains Search and Refresh buttons, allowing you to easily find specific entries and refresh the status in real time.
