To rectify this issue:
Verify the presence of a unique identifier:
Ensure each record includes a consistent and valid unique identifier. For example, if your data Source uses a phone number as the unique ID, each record must contain a valid phone number in that field.Validate the format of unique identifiers:
Email address: Must follow the format [email protected]
Example: [email protected]Phone number: Should be a valid 10-digit number, excluding the country code if applicable
Example: +11234567890 (for US numbers)
Correct and Re-ingest the Records:
After identifying and fixing records with missing or invalid identifiers, follow the standard ingestion process and re-upload them.
