Next Status

Using this functionality, an Agent can select his next state at the end of an active call.
Inbound
To select next status when on an Inbound Call:
When you are in an active call with the end user, change the agent state.
Once you select the state, next status label is displayed under the agent current state.
Once the active call ends and the call is cleared, the you are taken to the selected next status.
To clear the next status before the call is cleared, select a routable state.
Outbound
To select next status when on an Outbound Call:
When you are in an active call with end user, change the agent state.
Once you select the state, next status label is displayed under the agent current state.
Once the active call ends and the call is cleared, the you are taken to the selected next status.
To clear the next status before the call is cleared, select a routable state.
Manual Outbound
To select next status of an agent in manual outbound:
When you are in an active call with end user, change the agent state.
Once you select the state, next status label is displayed under the agent current state.
Once the active call ends and the call is cleared, the you are taken to the selected next status.
To clear the next status in manual outbound call, select the previous state which was present before active call.
