Nice CXone

Nice CXone settings capture the minimum credential-related requirements for the Campaign Manager application to access the various settings and configuration on the Nice CXone.

Central

1. Go to Nice CXone Settings.

2. Select the User Type as Central.

3. Enter a User Name and a Password for this logged-in user to access Nice CXone.

4. Enter an Application Name.

5. Enter a Vendor Name.

6. Enter a Business Unit ID issued by Nice CXone.

7. Enter the Token URL to access the security token to enter the Nice CXone.

8. Click Save.

User Hub

To do the configuration, perform the following steps:

1. Select the User Type as UserHub.

2. Enter a Client ID and a Secret Key to access the Nice CXone URL. The Client ID and Secret Key are provided by Nice CXone.

3. Enter an Access Key API and an Access Key to access the Access API.

4. Click SAVE.
